Sound System Rentals
If you need av rental in Morgantown WV or the surrounding area -- a sound system, video
projection system, TV Monitors, PA system or wireless microphones for your wedding, event or
meeting, be sure to call Blackwater Video! We have several configurations depending on your
audio visual rental needs.
We travel to Clarksburg, Fairmont and Morgantown WV as local. We are close to Waynesburg,
Uniontown, and Washington Pennsylvania Cumberland Maryland. We have setup systems for
events at West Virginia University, Waterfront Place, Deep Creek Lake, Stonewall Jackson

1000w Sound System with Operator - $500 Full-Day ($300 Half-Day):
Our basic AV sound system rental setup includes a mixer, 2 wireless mics, 2 speakers, amps,
a CD player, and an operator for 4 hours, including the setup. Equipment only - $150/day
2000w PA System with Operator - $700 Full Day ($500 Half-Day):
If you need more punch, or need to fill a larger area or need more microphones we have a 2000
watt PA system rental available. It includes 4 speakers, 4 wireless mics, amps, 2 CD players,
and an operator for 4 hours. Equipment only $300/day
Pipe & Drape & Risers - $50/10' section:
Pipe and drape are available for stages, conferences and presentations. We have 100' of pipe
that extends to 14' and 100 feet of 8' pipe. Fabric colors we have in stock are black, silver and
blue. Other colors can be ordered. Our base rate is $50/day per 10' section with fabric, plus
labor and delivery.
Stage Lighting:
We have an assortment of lighting for rent. We have standard video lighting kits, as well as 4
trees of Par 64 lights and 2 trees of Par 56 lights. We also have a power distribution panel and
dimmer packs as well. Call for quotes.

- Projector w/6'diagonal free-standing screen - $200/day (with setup & delivery $350)
- Projector sound system, and screen with tech to operate $600/half day or $800 full day.
